We've developed exciting patented technology for the removal of very fine solids (-325) from aggregate wash waters. This technology employs revolutionary polymer chemistry coupled with a simple Hydrocyclone, or utilize your own existing equipment. Removal rates for solids are in excess of 99.7%.

Polymer costs are comparable with older, conventional removal techniques such as a clarifier followed by a belt filter press. The key advantages are a huge reduction in capital equipment costs, no dedicated manpower, and dramatically reduced space requirements.
